While chest pain is the most common symptom of a heart attack, it's not the only sign. In addition, women are more likely than me to have other signs, including extreme fatigue; shortness of breath; nausea or vomiting; dizziness; sweating; or pain in the neck, jaw, arms, back or stomach.
Call 911 immediately if you experience these symptoms. Seeking help right away could save your life.
Heart aware Free Online Risk Assessment
We invite you to take our free, convenient, online cardiac risk assessment. It is available for those who want to find out what risk factors they currently have and hot to control them. If you have had recent blood work done, you may enter those results when you take the survey, along with your height, weight and blood pressure. Cardiac Cath Lab
The Cardiac Cath Lab performs diagnostic Cardiac Catheterization procedures utilizing digital imaging technology. Other procedures performed include Coronary Thrombolysis, Cardioversion, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump insertion, and insertion of temporary pacemakers. The most prevalent diagnosis for our patient population is Coronary Artery Disease, and care in our lab is provided to adult patients, 17 years of age and older. Our Cath Lab staff is knowledgeable and experienced in the care they provide and they place emphasis on providing individual attention to their patients, promoting a positive experience for both the patient and their families.

Cardiopulmonary Services
Cardiopulmonary Services are provided to patients ranging from neonatal to geriatric. Services provided include arterial blood gas analysis, ventilator management, non-invasive ventilatory support, Bronchodilator therapy, oxygen delivery, clinical assessment of the patient's ventilatory status and other modes of therapy within their scope of practice. Services provided by the Cardiology staff include: EKG's, Cardiac Stress tests, and Echocardiograms. All care is performed upon physician order and under the supervision of a licensed physician.
